Production Manager - Polystyrene,EPS - Saudi Arabia.

Our client are a leading packaging group who hold within their portfolio a very successful Polystyrene business.

Our client seeks a very experienced Production Manager to hold responsibility for the following:

• Operation and maintenance of EPS shape molding machines. • Operation and maintenance of EPS BLOCK molding and Pre –Expander machines • Planning and production of all types of Vegetable Boxes. • Planning production machine wise, product wise for the day/weekly/month. • Operation and maintenance of Utilities & machines • Production, dispatch schedules, pricing negotiation with vendors. • Managing all the factory operations, related to production processes and factory policies, procedures including inventory management. • Achieving monthly production targets by proper production planning. • Monitoring and improving the overall performance & operation of the factory. • Lead, motivate and training the technical staff and operators. • Monitoring the spare parts inventory. • Costing the products. • Directing the production activities to the production teams. • Maintenance of equipment’s and monitors the inventories of spare parts. • Planning the machine maintenance schedule like preventive, corrective etc…. • Ensuring and maintaining the product qualities as per the QSP standards. • Budgeting preparation for the year along with financial dept. • Conducting production planning meetings with subordinates to achieve the production targets. • Implemented a plant-wide safety program. • Implemented health & safety regulations and trained the employees. • Coordinate staff hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluations. • Product costing for the products. • Searching & finding best quality of RM and make order for next two months planning. • Reduce costs and equipment functionality in a multi-shift manufacturing environment. • Track and report incidents of damaged product for senior management review. • Reducing rejection %. • Increasing productivity in the shifts by concentrating and doing proper setting of m/c input utilities.

You will be an experienced Production Manager from the Polystyrene sector, preferably a qualified polymer engineer.
