My client is one of the biggest suppliers in various fields with 70 years of success in various sectors and countries. They require Human Resource Director to develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan of the organization. The candidate is expected to provide overall leadership to the HR function by articulating HR needs and plans to the top executive team and overseeing their implementation, including: talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, compensation, organizational and performance management, training and development and change management.
To carry out these responsibilities, the candidate should hold the following profile:
- A bachelor degree from an accredited university. Higher studies in a related field, such as HR certification or an MBA degree would be an asset.
- 10 to 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of executive HR experience at a highly reputable company. Exposure to a multinational environment would be an asset.
- Familiarity with Egyptian laws pertaining to employment in addition to general HR expertise.
- Relevant competencies, including business acumen, ethical practice, leadership and cultural awareness, relationship management and communication
